2018 was…a year, to say the least. A lot happened, some good, some bad, and a lot of in between. Instead of focusing on the bad, I have decided to think about all of the good things that I have accomplished in the past year and the things that I will accomplish in this new year.

After Graduation Limbo
I hate uncertainty. Everything about “the unknown” absolutely terrifies me and I am perfectly okay with saying that. That time of “limbo” between graduation and “real life” is the most anxiety-producing, heart wrenching, doubtful time and it generally sucks. But I have come to the conclusion that that’s okay and we all will get through it eventually.

Happy New Year babes! I hope your year has been off to a great start, and if it has not, you have tons of time to turn it around. For me, this year is all about setting and achieving goals, productivity, and focusing on my happiness. Here are some of the things that I am trying to achieve for 2018.
Relaxation Techniques
Everyone needs to learn how to relax but sometimes it takes more than just watching Netflix. I personally struggle with anxiety and often times it takes me a very long time to calm down. I took to twitter to figure out someways other people relax and my Vanderbilt friends had a lot of good ideas for me.
